The BowTiedOx Substack offers two levels:

Level 1: Free subscription

This post will usually go out on Thursdays.

You get 1 free post a week with the basic subscription that will cover the basics of building strength.  The free posts are tailored to the beginner.  You will learn the basics of muscles & physiology, the fundamentals of lifting, and basic set-up of programs.

Level 2: Paid Subscription: Subscribe Here

The 2 paid post will usually be on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

The paid post include:

  • All the downloadable workout programs

  • Subscriber Chats directly with Ox

  • Additional deals and bonus content

When you are ready to make the jump, the paid subscription will cover advanced muscle building.  Paid subs get 1-2 posts a week.  This is the best material I have from over a decade of training, coaching, and learning.  This will be the material that gets you from above average to absolute next level.
