Ox, unfortunately I don’t have the hammer strength T row machine available. So I use the cable row machine using the T Grips instead of the neutral positioned grips when I’m doing T Rowing…. Then for Chest Supported Row days, I usually use the same cable row machine but switch to the neutral positioned grips. What is the proper machine or position with DB’s for rear delt rows? Rear delt rows are different from bent over DB rows right?
Can you please add a section for supplements or if it is in one of the above PDFs, which one is it in? I am running critically low on supplements and was wondering if there was an updated sheet. Thanks!
