New here Ox, do we mix in any cardio before/during/after the workout?
Seeing great results with this program so far. However, even if I take only 3 minutes between sets, it still takes me 1.5 hours to get through so many set. (EX: Workout A has 23 sets so 3 minutes rest + 1 minute for lift = 92 minutes total). How can I get it under an hour?
Great write up brother! What kind of programming would you recommend for a home gymer who has access to a barbell, squat rack with pull up bar and a set of plates? Working on getting some dumbbells however they are crazy expensive in my area. Thanks and keep up the great content.
Any substitute for the lat pulldown or chin up exercise? Can do all of these at home, except those two.
1g of protein per lb leaves me at 150g protein, should my carbs and fat be split 50/50?
started this program less than a month ago after not doin shit my whole life. I've never felt better. I added PSMF about two weeks ago and im about to be down 20lbs hopefully in the next few days. I'm feeling stronger and losing weight after being a fat fuck my whole life. Ox is the fucking truth and I just wish I started sooner. Stay based 🙏🏽
