Hello friends, I am going to test out this feature of Substack. This looks like a great way I can do Q/A’s
Any advice for those who are looking for more of an aesthetic look rather than pure muscle mass?
Rep ranges to focus on/ specific exercises to get a better ratio
Fat loss tips (and how to keep up energy) would also help a lot!
I don't think the pure muscle mass vs aesthetic issues are mutually exclusive. I.e. -- being muscular and lean gets you to the same place
What chief Malakas has a very good point. Building muscle is how to look aesthetic, definitely aren’t mutually exclusive.
Get strong in the 6-20 rep range on every lift.
Keep your food intake stable and increase expenditure (cardio and steps) to increase fat loss.
Any advice on gear/equipment needed for a gym at home?
Regarding the 3 Day A Week Upper/Lower Split: what exercises do you recommend for abs?
I’m a big fan of hanging leg raises or reverse crunches!
Any experience in dealing with tendinitis/tendinosis or with sciatica?
