Any advice for those who are looking for more of an aesthetic look rather than pure muscle mass?

Rep ranges to focus on/ specific exercises to get a better ratio

Fat loss tips (and how to keep up energy) would also help a lot!

I don't think the pure muscle mass vs aesthetic issues are mutually exclusive. I.e. -- being muscular and lean gets you to the same place

What chief Malakas has a very good point. Building muscle is how to look aesthetic, definitely aren’t mutually exclusive.

Get strong in the 6-20 rep range on every lift.

Keep your food intake stable and increase expenditure (cardio and steps) to increase fat loss.

I’m a big fan of hanging leg raises or reverse crunches!
