Hey Ox is there is there a benefit to learning what my resting metabolic rate is? im going to a place that does dexa scan, vo2max test and rmr as a package. would this give me more granularity as far as caloric intake? im currently on a 500 calorie deficit and am averaging 1.5lb loss per week.

Do you include steps during cardio in your daily steps?

Keeping the protein numbers up seems to be the hard part. Fresh start tomorrow. 100 days to target.
