“Simply” smart stuff. I keep telling my Keto friend that it’s not okay to feed in on bacon, cheese and peanut butter all day but all I hear is “but I’m Keto so it’s ok” 🤦🏻‍♀️

The health and fitness industry is so whack, it’s very refreshing to read some no BS, real advice.

Hey Ox is there is there a benefit to learning what my resting metabolic rate is? im going to a place that does dexa scan, vo2max test and rmr as a package. would this give me more granularity as far as caloric intake? im currently on a 500 calorie deficit and am averaging 1.5lb loss per week.

It won’t really help as it’s a part of TDEE which overall matters the most, but can be useful to know I suppose for other reasons

Most body comp scans will give you that number, getting a scan helps narrow down your tdee.
