I've been using the sauna about 4 times a week since your first mention of it and it has become one of my most favorite things to do. My skin looks great and I feel great. Solid advice from Ox once again

Great post, didn't know about the increase in GH. I always go post-workout (2-3 times / week), and follow it with a short cold shower, feel like a newborn after that!

Doesn't the prolonged heat exposure in a sauna mess with your balls/test?
