Re: blue lights

As far as I know I'm the only person that has blue blockers on my screen nearly 24/7. Depending on what computer I use, my windows won't let me block from 12:45AM-1AM.

Funny thing is Brady's TB12 method is big on foam rolling. If it works for the GOAT it's goo denough for me ;)

How often would you recommend to go to the sauna? Maybe it's a myth but i heard you shouldn't do it too often.
