Realistically, the way this program is designed, we will be doing everything we can to maximize muscle growth and due to the way this is designed, a side-effect will be we will also gain pretty great strength.
By putting extra emphasis on the muscles that generate a large portion of our total power and strength, you can expect to see numbers going up at a rate that is likely faster than most traditional hypertrophy-based programs.
The end goal is to build a physique that first and foremost looks great, but has some highlights and details on the features that make us look strong and powerful. We aren’t going for powerlifter or strongman, we still want a nice small waist and taper, but with broad shoulders; big, popping traps; thick, wide back; solid legs; but the flow and aesthetics of a more classic physique.
It won’t happen in just 12 weeks, but it very well can take us closer and closer and set the foundation we build it from—some of you will run this for months even years because you’ll enjoy it so much.

For Those A Little More Serious
While I don’t offer 1 on 1 coaching at the moment, I do have something more to offer for those who want to get an even more immersive experience.
For the entire 12 weeks, I will be working in Mikey’s Gaintrust Discord doing weekly group discussions, q/a’s, and otherwise just being there interacting and answering questions, giving feedback, and other advice on a daily basis.
Who is Mikey? Well, he’s the guy who literally designed every visual aspect of this program so it’s safe to say he’s pretty good at this stuff… we also have a podcast together… I feel like you all know who he is… you should.
This will be as close to a 1:1 coaching experience I can provide outside of literally 1:1 coaching (of course there are limitations like I don’t have time to create 100’s of individual diet plans, texting you back individually 24/7, etc.). The goal here is to be able to build both a community to keep us focused, accountable, and motivated, it will also serve to make sure you’re getting the most out of this as you can.

Hey Ox, this single post getting me hyped to try this. I have a question though. I do 100% of my lifting in my garage gym, do you feel it would be relatively easy to switch out for similar movements with this program as I know your partial to using more machines? (Gym is relatively well equipped i.e. Squat rack, 400lb of plates, up to 90lb dumbbells and 70lb KBs, Dip, multiple bands, landmine, rings ). Thanks
