Its incredible how much you can get done. In fact I would not take it unless I had a crap load of stuff to get done on a deadline. The long term side effect issue is the big unknown, I don't know if its been around long enough to know
Hey Ox! Are the 10000 daily steps separate from cardio sessions or you can do one or the other? This leads me to a second question; being an ectomorph, I try to limit how much cardio I do per week. At the moment I usually walk around half an hour a day outside (to and from the gym). Thank you!

Herman Miller is the gold standard. Their “Embody” is what I have, “Aeron” is also good. They are pricy, $1000+ in most cases, but can find good sales

I have never and can't recommend it to anyone as I'm unsure of the long-term side effects.
