Ox, I remember seeing a bit of this in the Discord channel a while back, but it would be super awesome if there was a part 2 about what you did to boost fertility ahead of conception (similar to Heifer’s post, but from the male perspective). That aside, awesome post per usual and impactful as someone heading down this path soon.
I've got a scheduling/programming question for you: Is training PPL 4 days in a row weekly too much without rest days? Was thinking legs-push-pull-legs plus a Sunday db upper body workout at home. I can only lift at the gym Tuesday-Friday.
This was a great read. Motivation to make sure the choices I make impact the future generations in the most advantageous and positive way possible.

I did nothing tbh. Just regular healthy lifestyle
Well then! Seems straightforward enough.
Great article. The foods you give your kids develop their taste and nourish their minds and bodies.
Grandma and grandpa are shocked when my kids choose meat, fruit, veggies and yogurt over fruit snacks and chips.
One of your best post. Really transcendental. Lifting and health goes way beyond « lookin good fo the summer »
Hey Ox, hope your recovery is going smoothly.
