great stuff! Jumbo blueberries are a next level experience, try those anytime you see them. I usually buy them all when I run across them and I eat them. Blend the smaller ones.
Awesome post - I actually removed blueberries (frozen) from my daily routine because they would settle so much in my morning smoothies. I opt for bananas and frozen mangos / strawberries now, but maybe I need to throw a handful or two on my cottage cheese at lunch??
Great article. Read the second half in Ron Popeil's voice
Shake sounds fire I’m trying that later.
A pound of blue berries always makes me feel amazing.
Hey Ox, unrelated but got an Exertion headache 3 days ago when doing Bulgarian S.S
And couldn’t workout yesterday since the headache came back as soon as I started lifting remotely heavy for just 3 reps.
Anything you know of that can help? Main concern is not knowing how much days off I should take. (Hate skipping gym).
Thank you for the blueberry poasting.
I honestly do not have a straight answer for you, do you take zinc? I only had this issue when I was taking too much zinc without copper.

Beautifully written, insightful as always. You should drop a post on each "superfood" you listed. Eggs would be a killer read (I fookin love eggs).
Ask and shall receive
I do, I normally take 25mg but lately I took 50mg a day because I dealt with a cold.
I’m gonna stop it and see what happens. Need to look into one w/ copper.
Your answer is more helpful than you thought ahah. Thank you man.
Good read. Enjoy blueberries and some of the other things mentioned. My wife also goes moringa in the yard. Goes well with scrambled eggs or lasagna
No joke. Helped someone recover from stroke by maxing blueberries.
Curious, if i'm on a keto diet, is blueberries or strawberries better ? Read through this post and saw that you like both.
