I read all of this! Well done. You covered lots of ground. I'm wondering what you think of MCT oil and if it has a place in your weight loss tool box? Also, the 5 or 6 small meals has not worked for me or my fitness clients for weight loss. While it logically would seem to regulate food intake throughout the day it can morph to eating and thinking about food all the time. Currently I'm recommending staying focused and portions on the basic 3 meals a day with no snacking in between. My reading shows that over per time the body will become adapted to having these 4 hour gaps between meals. Thanks.
