90 Day Transformation Challenge Outline

Process, Rules, and Prizes.

Hello Anon, are you excited for tomorrow?

I know I am. These 90 next days are going to extremely exciting and life changing.

Some of you are going to lose a ton of fat, some of you are going to build an impressive amount of muscle, and unfortunately some of you won’t do anything, I’m just going to be brutally honest here. Don’t be that person!

This is an opportunity like no other to change your life, surrounded by a network of people who want to see you succeed, and an Ox that will help you every step of the way, Equal Opportunity, Unequal Results!

Plus, let’s be real who else is offering 1 whole Ethereum to workout for 90 days?

The Process

The 90 Day Transformation Challenge will be from July 1st 2021, to September 29th, 2021.

The first thing you need to do is get some before pictures. You do not need to post these on Twitter, but absolutely go for it if you’re comfortable.

You need 3 pictures, taken tomorrow July 1st. You will take an additional 3 on the last day September 29th.

You will then send both sets of pictures to BowTiedOx@gmail.com on September 29th.

For validation at the end I will have you go back and screenshot the picture from your photo album that shows the date above. This way this is fair and no one can say someone cheated.

Rules

There are simply no real “rules” other than:

• Must really be you in the pictures

• Must be Paid Subscriber to Strong As An Ox

• Pictures must be from the specific dates mentioned above.

Judging

I have been getting the most questions about how this will be judged. The answer is there isn’t a specific look we are going for. This isn’t about who puts on the most muscle or loses the most fat. This is about who transforms their body the most during this time frame.

This could be losing 50lbs of fat and looking like a different human.

This could also be a skinny guy adding 15lbs of muscle to his frame and looking like he ate his previous self.

There will be 4 Judges, Myself and 3 Others who will not be named until after for the sake of fairness (one of you will try to split the winning, you degens—LOL).

We will discus who we think deserves the spot, if we can’t decide or need a tie breaker, the community will then decide with an anonymous vote (no one will know who it is they are voting for because we won’t post names).

Prizes

I have actually decided to add an amendment to this… I will be rewarding MORE people for this challenge. Instead of 1 Winner getting a prize, the top 10 will get something!

1st Place: 1 ETH

2nd Place: $100

3rd Place: $50

4th-10th: Free Month of the Strong As An Ox Substack and an NTF “Badge” for Top 10.

Realistically, anyone who takes this challenge seriously and makes life the life changing decision to become fitter and healthier is a winner, these will just be the people who get paid for it! Health > Wealth (but both is pretty awesome too).

BONUS

I am doing this with you all (not for prizes of course)! I am going to use the 90 Days to get absolutely shredded, if we have any bodybuilders here, I’d love to challenge you!

If this produces some great talent, I will definitely be looking to work with you in the future!
