Musculature Of The Back
The back is the most complicated muscle group—e.g. when we talk chest, we have 2 separate muscles, arms, 2 seperate muscles, etc. Back is comprised of 40 muscles, with 20 pairs.
The major ones we will focus on are:
Latissimus Dorsi (Lats)
Trapezius (Traps)
Rhomboids
Erector Spinae
Teres Major
Tere Minor
