This post feels like a much needed slap in the face for me. I'm currently transitioning out of a cutting phase and my energy and focus isn't where I used to have them as I also happen to be dealing with a lot of other IRL crap at the moment. Lately gym sessions feel more like a chore than anything even remotely enjoyable.

Honestly thinking of taking the rest of the week off, catch up on sleep since I train early in the morning and starting a new 12 week cycle of Ox's 3 day Upper/Lower next Monday. Maybe even the remastered version of PPL to really give my body a reason to grow as I start increasing calories again.
