I kayaked through the inside passage in Alaska and saw lots of grizzlies snatching up and eating salmon in streams along the way. Something I noticed: they'd grab a fish and just take huge bite from the middle, then when they were gulping it down just toss the rest back in the water. Not sure why. They might have been eating the roe.

I think the funniest thing about this framework is if you told someone you are eating 3 potatoes a day, they would think you’re going to gain 500 lbs (or are heavily bulking). Painful how awful general dieting knowledge is. Thanks again for another great one, Ox!

Thanks Ox!

I'm going to play with this and formulate it more for cycling. Four to five rides a week with three sessions a week for weights.

Where do you recommend getting Salmon? I didn't see that on the Force of Nature site.

Have a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!

cholesterol question, sorry that it's unrelated to this particular article.

Been taking Citrus Bergamot, Krill Oil and running 2 miles a day since I got these results about a month ago.

total cholesterol 242

HDL 52

Triglycerides 89

LDL 170

Non HDL 190

I'll get another test soon. How concerned should I be with these numbers?

Thanks!!!

Does anyone know where I can buy meat blends, like the ones Force of Nature offers, in Europe?

First time I've seen something like this (awesome idea!), but after some quick searches, I can find nothing comparable and dont really wish to add a complete liver or heart to the meal.
