There’s nuance in that in that it’s the particle density that determines if high LDL is good or bad thing.

This is completely individual based, but the general rule of thumb is LDL under 90 will help ensure you’re not having issues.

1. I suggest learning about social skills if not trying to be offensive.

2. The scope of this is education and not a diagnosis, and the scope of this post is preventing cardiovascular disease.

Overwhelming data points to the fact that an LDL of 50-70 reduces risk, across the board of CVD, ative hunter-gatherers, healthy human neonates, free-living primates, and other wild mammals do not have naturally occuring CVD. (and LDL is almost always in the 50-70).

As I've stated, there is nuance as I cannot give each individual person guidelines and as stated (multiple times) that they should consult a doctor on blood work and address all major red flags.

I am not going to give some answer that can be misinterpreted because even 100ng/dl LDL can be fatal in some populations if not treated.

So yes, before insulting my intelligence ("I suggest reading more"... really man) understand that you cannot give individualized health advice to 10,000 people but only provide the best framework.

I work in the medical field. This is not medical advice. Strongly suggest looking into metformin. The first anti aging studying is being done on it. It’s on Walmart $4 plan and if your PCP won’t prescribe, you can have it prescribed online for a price.
