I agree and I have found mine many times. Seems Y-h has an exhaustible amount for anyone aware and caring.

The 12 weeks for push/pull is a 360 push for several animals. Wifi, Workout, Diet, Sober October etc. Solid work with the program and thank you for putting together.

The amount of value each substack provides is truly remarkable! Easily the best $50 I will spend each year from here on out.

The biological aspect of working out and a great diet demands a certain result of a better mind and life. Like you said cause and effect. Let’s go!

Great read, especially for younger people looking for purpose. Ramsey gets a lot of flack, bit I used his methods, got debt free then started focusing on health. Lost twenty pounds, got fit. Saw Ox come into the scene and jumped on the opportunity to subscribe. Did tax preparation as a side gig. Person who handles the business retired, I took over. Within the first year, took on new clients, wrote a book and am ready to expand. All this while going to the gym on a consistent basis. Even ran a neighborhood marathon two months after getting COVID. Thanks again Ox. Appreciate you

Awesome substack

I'm generally against Mary Jane, but she treated you well this last week. :-D

I hope many hear and heed your message.

Hey - can you make a post about checking for heart health? Whats important, what's not etc.?

Appreciate the solid post.

Here’s the thing: I enjoy the gym so much, that for me, it takes ‘zero motivation/drive’ to go and be consistent. I just do it because I truly want to and enjoy it.

I’ve been struggling to find a true purpose for the past years, I’m 22. Tried college, it sucks. I don’t like seeing years fly by..

The gym does improve every aspect of my life but it doesn’t seem to help me find my direction & purpose.

Any advice?

Why would anyone take advice from a blue ox with red eyes? Am I missing something?
