Good stuff, note that the term protein was coined by a dutch scientist in the early 19th, not by the ancient Greeks.

Thanks Ox. I follow your advice and have a scoop of EAA together with glutamine and creatine with my morning drink. I then take BCAA during my workout but following this article will replace it with EAA. Does it make sense to to take more EAA during the day?

Only if you have long periods with no protein
