Thanks Ox. On a different subject, how are you integrating the assault bike into your week? From what it seems on Twitter, using for at least some of the weekly cardio sessions.
Thank you for all these high-value articles! You inspired me to get my first blood work done.
Total testosterone is 18.5 nmol/l (= 533 ng/dl. Far below your recommended range of 800-1100).
Free testosterone is 22.6 pg/ml. Google says this equals 0,226 ng/dl which would be super bad. Cernovish has a post on blood work where he says the range for free test is 6.8-21.5 pg/ml, based on this it would be okay.
Is 22.6 pg/ml bad or okay in your opinion?
I'm 27y old, 14% body fat, doing Upper/Lower split 3x/week. 8H sleep, 6k steps and 6mg Boron daily.
Nice article Ox, thank you! Better doing a little than doing zero!
Thank you Ox. Sometimes life gets in the way, great advice.

I go every rest day for 20 minutes

Free levels are good in relation to your total. I think getting a little leaner could put you into the 700+ range. 11-12% body fat
Thanks for the response! Will cut down to 11% and get it checked again.
