This article would have saved me a lot of wear and tear if I had read this 5-10 years ago. People were not really talking about this. Crazy how much info is just available. Good shit ox

Ox, how would you set up a deload week using this to-failure approach with your 2-set model? In the past on a normie 4x8-12 type routine, I'd just do 1 working set of each exercise. Maybe just do the 2nd "back-off" set here?
