Amazing guide.

I have one note for anyone reading this and getting confused on the TDEE part. The TDEE calculators online are fine, but... they can be pretty off for some people. The only calcs were about ~200 cals off for me, which has an obvious effect on my rate of weight loss/gain.

Instead, I highly recommend using an adaptive TDEE app that auto-adjusts to your body's TDEE by using a bodyweight and calorie trends algo.

Zolt is the app I use for this, though Macrofactor is another popular one. These will adjust your TDEE up/down as your you gain/lose weight accordingly to make sure you keep progressing towards your goal smoothly.
