For the next 90 Days, I want to push everyone to their *perceived* limits and show you what is possible with just a little consistency and dialing in your training and nutrition.
Throughout this Substack I have provided you with every tool you need to truly build an elite physique—information that could be applied to simply get you in better shape, or dialed in enough to take you to a pro-level physique.
Last year we did a 90 Day Challenge and we had some very impressive results:
Now confession, last year I had no idea what I was doing, made the competition happen on the fly, and could’ve had much better structure and support for the 90 days.
I don’t make the same mistake twice—this year we are going full-steam with a full 90 days structured to make this as impactful as it can be.
I am a big tease and I actually want you to read this thoroughly, so before I get into the prizes, let’s talk shop on the details.
How This Is Setup
There is zero way I’m going to make everyone happy, so I won’t even try. This will follow the principle of Equal Opportunity, Unequal Results. There are no participation trophies, some people will get better results than others and they will win—that is life.
Worst case: You don’t win but you get into the best shape of your life in the next 90 days and build the habits to take this serious for life.
Best case: You make an absolutely massive transformation in your physique and fitness, and as a bonus you get some money.
It’s really win-win as long as you put in the effort and work.
Step-By-Step How To Enter
1. To be eligible to enter, all you need to do is be a paid subscriber—if you’re not I’m not going to allow some rando from the internet to join and win—you need skin in the game. Yes it’s pay to play, don’t care, sue me.
You need to have joined by September 15th by 11:59pm EST (I will export my email list). You can join late, but your picture has to be from the day you joined the competition.
2. On September 15th (giving everyone 3 days to plan) you will take a date-stamped “before” picture. This picture needs to be in the same place you take your “after”, as close to the same lighting, no pump, no altering, no flexing—I am not an idiot and have coached for almost a decade, I can tell if you’re manipulating your physique or photo.
You will take a picture relaxed from the front, the side, and the back. Arms down to the side, standing up straight, no sucking in or pushing your stomach out (again I can tell). I suggest doing this first thing in the morning before eating or having any water.
You can blur or remove your face, I don’t need or want to know who you are if you’re anonymous.
3. Your official entry will be sent into Here: Official Check-In Form
Again, this is for Paid Subs, the emails will be referenced by subscription and if you’re not subscribed your submission will simply be deleted.
4. On December 14th by 11:59pm EST you will email ox@bowtiedox.com your final check-in information, can be descriptive or least descriptive as you want, simply need 3 pictures from the day of December 14th, 2022 in the same fashion as the “before” pictures (Relaxed Front, Back, and Side).
5. I will go through all of the photos, and with the help of some other eyes determine who is in the Top 5 and the overall winner.
Date-Stamps
You have a few options on how to date stamp, can either use a photograph and screenshot the date of original photo like as I show here:
Or you can use a newspaper or some other document that is dated and clearly shows the date the picture was taken.
I understand this can be manipulated and gamed, this is largely dependent on good-faith acting and integrity. Again, if I suspect you are not being honest, I will question you and if there is reasonable doubt you will be disqualified, banned, and blocked—Don’t Be An Asshole! I will catch you.
Additional Support
To help you even further, we will utilize a Discord with a link that will be sent out in a paid post and verified via email bot.
You also have 90 days of programming (PPL Program) that was sent out last week which is literally a handbook on how to get the best results over a 90 day period.
Outside of this, within the discord there will be numerous ways to interact, ask questions, and voice chats to offer guidance and answers to any questions you may have.

How Will This Be Judged?
Judging will be completely subjective based on who makes the biggest, most drastic change to their body. There will be a public poll to help influence the winners, but ultimately it will come down to who I and a handful of others decide to make the biggest transformation.
Judging will be completely unbiased, I will be looking solely at the pictures and do not care who it is, all will be judged equally.
I will take into account all factors: total fat lost, muscle built, age, gender, everything in determining the winners of this competition.
Fairness and transparency will be at the forefront of the decision (breaking this faith just hurts everything in the long-run).
There will be an additional email sent out on the 15th going over the process, but we can go ahead and do the official entries now.
