so when you mean go to failure on the 2nd set; do you mean if I could do more than the 15 -20 reps to keep going. Or stop it at 20?Just confused cause I see 10-12 or 15-20 not to infinity

This is why you log your lifts and know what weight will take you to failure within that rep range… 😑

I think I get it now, so if I past 20 the rep range, that means it was to light and I have to increase the weight right?

Yes. Do a weight that you can do for 15 reps and next time do for 16 or 17 etc. then when you can do it for 20, move the weight up and try to get 15 reps and continue the cycle

Cannot upload from the phone. I’ve tried a few times. Cannot upload from PC either. Try uploading pictures yourself and see if you can...

After 3 attempts from the PC it finally worked. Initially it was telling me that only one picture was accepted. Posting this in case someone else is having the issue.

For anyone trying to figure out how to upload 3 pictures from phone. I downloaded the Adobe app and imported my 3 images into a PDF on the app. You can save it from there and use that file for the 90 day challenge entry. If you sign up for annual you get a 7 day free trial. After You are done you can just cancel the adobe trial and not pay
