Just started your PPL program that you already dropped this week. Might just switch it up and restart with this one when it drops for the 90 day challenge. Love competitions.
You're right, they shouldn't have a problem. I just thought an exercise that is in the newer version may differ drastically, and cause DOMS due to the adjustment from one exercise in the older version of the program, but it shouldn't. At least that was my initial thought.
I'm 8 weeks into the 3 day Upper/Lower so I can't wait for that.
November 2021 I was 245, this morning I weighed in at 215 after running PPL from when gym opened up in March again here in Canada. Ready to absolutely fucking send it to the stratosphere with the 90day challenge. Also training for a 100km gravel bike race in October, perfect timing
Amazing! This is exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait to get started! Thank you!!!
One question: I won't be able to work out on weekends. So I will have to rest for two days. Should I still rest on Wednesday? Or what would you recommend to do? THANK YOU
Love it. Can you recommend alternatives in the guide next to the machine exercises for those of us with home gym equipment only? Bench, barbell, dumbbell, dip, pullup bar
“Alternative Exercise Selection - Don’t like a movement or don’t have the equipment? No issue, we will go over what to replace them with and give you the knowledge of knowing how to replace exercises so it becomes second nature (if say, someone is using the equipment you want). This will also go over what to do if you get stuck and cannot seem to progress an exercise and how and when to swap it form something else.“
This is awesome! Should I warm up before each seperate excercise or is it enough with the Pec dec/Pullover machine/leg curls as a warm up for all of the following exercises?
it works, just not as well. Machines help target muscles and in the variety of these lifts (if anything like the last ppl program) you will be doing similar alt exercises multiple times rather than the variety of lifts possible with a full gym.
I have a full squat rack, pull up bar, basic upper & lower pulley on the rack, adjustable dumbbells, hex bar, and many little attachments like dip bars, + a stationary bike. Even with all that it was worth it to get a gym membership so I can fully attack the PPL. kill it at the gym, then kill the membership after 90 days. too easy.
Hell yeah this is what I’m fkin talking about. The value of subscribing is UNREAL!!!
Lfg- I am so hyped for this. Thank you Ox!!
Oh I will be going hard these next 12 weeks :) Good Luck to my fellow competitors.

Would those who did the previous programs be able to migrate to the newer versions of the programs without much problem?
Why would they?

um you could just ask the source.......
bless me with your guidance, great source
Nathan is correct
How does this work if you have a home gym that is limited to an Olympic barbell set, bench and squat rack?
it works, just not as well. Machines help target muscles and in the variety of these lifts (if anything like the last ppl program) you will be doing similar alt exercises multiple times rather than the variety of lifts possible with a full gym.

Thank man. Appreciate it.
