So few people get enough traditional sunlight that it isn't worth bothering but there are non-ocular opsin receptors throughout the body including in the testes. There's been some research but not a lot. If you have plenty of land to sunbath naked I don't think it'd hurt, but the average person isn't getting enough Vit D and sunlight alone and doesn't need to optimize for ball sunning. Before anyone asks I've seen some twitter and Instagram personalities touting the benefits of butthole sunning and of course there's no research, but also there's no opsin receptors there either.
Any advice on retaining musculature while thru-hiking? 15-20 miles/day for several weeks with a ~30lb pack. No space for gear except *maybe* a band or something else light.
Hello, I have a question, if the period is winter or if for a reason of positioning, there is no sun, I cannot expose myself and therefore I am obliged to resort to a supplement of vitamin d, right?
A good YouTube channel for posture and stretching ( bob and brad) you should check it out lots of good informative videos
Any input on whether sunning the genitals generates significantly more testosterone than not doing that?
Unnecessary just get sunlight, if you want it on your balls, so be it, but it isn’t special other than it’s just more vitamin d

Some bodyweight exercises will work well, you can use the pack for weight, bringing a band is more the merrier
