Thanks as always! Would love to hear more about your "recovery" stuff like sauna, cold plunge, theragun, massages etc. Every time I go to a spa I love the sauna and cold plunge, massages as well. I even have the means to buy these things for the house, but just can't get myself to pull the trigger because they feel like luxuries. Any thoughts?

This is great. Will also check out RA optics and no bull shoes. Have implemented what you've said about adequate protein consumption and sleep and my life has drastically improved. Thanks so much for this awesome service your provide.
